	Payment in advance to a bank account in the Netherlands
	Immediately after receipt of the payment you will receive a voucher as proof of your reservation and payment.
	Cancellation cost amount to 1 night if notification has been received by us at least 1 week (7 nights) prior to first night.
	Cancellation cost amount to 2 nights if cancellation takes place from 1 week (7 nights) prior to first night until the day of arrival.
	No refund for cancellation during the stay
